These twisted morsels of delight were originally made in Sicily, the name deriving from casareccio, meaning home-made. This casarecce is made with stoneground white spelt that is rich in fibre and minerals and is renowned to be healthier than conventional refined flours.
This pasta has a heady blend of toasted almond, light brown walnut, toffee and caramel tones due to being produced and dried at low temperatures in order to ensure great taste, texture and flavour.
Made in the UK using British stoneground organic flour
