Spelt, a hulled wheat, has less gluten than bread wheat and a rich nutty flavour. It is particularly rich in Iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc and niacin (vitamin B3) as well as micronutrients such as calcium and vitamin E.
Made in the UK using British stoneground organic flour.
Packaging made in Britian and is certified as fully compostable in both home and industrial composting enviroments.
